Welcome to my blog site, dear visitor! My intention back in 2007 was to create a forum for those who are interested in reading and commenting profound thoughts by highly interesting people. The reason is that their way of thinking, experience, expertise and remarks would have been a great means to enrich our thoughts. In the midst of stories about temporary stars this site provides an alternative source of “thought-mines” — be these thoughts down-to-earth ones, ideological ones or some kind of mixture of the two.
Later, when I restarted the blog in September 2008, I was over of a period of challenging times at the so-called BME College for Advanced Management Studies, while being a president. Since then, I have had the strong feeling that I had to put my thoughts in written form, I had to “rearrange my experience” so that I could be a better leader and thinker in the future. It is a means of self-development, in a quite unique way.
I have written several posts already and most of them reflect my own way of thinking. Thus, it has become an “open self-development site” with posts from which not only me, but perhaps you could learn as well, by commenting, criticising it. The way I present my ideas is usually to address these posts to leaders / managers / thinkers etc. It is just my way.
I wish you intellectual enjoyment while reading the site!
